Nicole Harvey, Senior Strategic Account Manager at Recharge Payments, is a seasoned e-commerce expert with 10 years of industry experience. Nicole is responsible for driving growth, increasing customer retention, and reducing loss and churn. She takes pride in her relationship building, helping merchants reach their goals and providing the best-in-class experience.

Prior to joining Recharge, Nicole started her tech/e-commerce journey at Wayfair working with some of the largest brands like Simplehuman, Whirlpool and Cuisinart. More recently managing an e-commerce sales team for large consumer goods suppliers working with retailers such as, Amazon, Walmart, and Target.

Nicole holds a Bachelor of Commerce Fashion Management Degree. She currently resides in Chicago, IL. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, new cultures and foods, fitness, and spending time with family.
