Event Description

Let us settle the great debate, ‘Whose cuisine reigns supreme’! We'll be creating a team building, hands-on cooking experience to let all culinary imagination come into play. We will provide the instructions and ingredients, your group will deliver the dish. The Chefs will judge the final dishes for flavor, presentation, technique and best in show.

After your group is finished in the kitchen, sit back and our Chefs will provide the service and experience you’d expect at a gourmet restaurant, with a coursed meal presented by our staff.

Event Agenda:

  • 6:00 - 6:20pm ⇒ Cocktail Hour: Drinks and small plates made available
  • 6:20 - 6:40pm ⇒ Introductions and cooking demonstration begins
  • 6:40 - 7:10pm ⇒ Cooking begins in breakout groups and final plates are submitted to the judges
  • 7:15 - 8:30pm ⇒ Sit-down dinner and conversation
  • 8:30pm ⇒ Formal close and last call
