Jana Del Valle is a Digital Marketing Manager for Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Kansas City (Blue KC). She manages the company’s email and mobile messaging campaigns across various customer segments to support the services, benefits, and resources offered by the plan.
Jana has been with Blue KC for 16 years, beginning in the Operations division-leading member communications, before transitioning to Marketing. Jana has regularly given back to the Kansas City community, serving as a volunteer for local organizations including the ALS Association, American Heart Association, Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA), Kansas City Healthcare Communicators Society and the Public Relations Society of America.
She holds a Master of Science in Management from Baker University and earned a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Arts from the University of Kansas.

She works with Wellframe's health plan customers to develop and launch marketing strategies that support member recruitment onto the platform. Erin has worked in communications and marketing for the past 8 years across several industries.
