Adobe, Oracle, Microsoft, etc.). With over 18 years of experience in Financial Services and High Tech, Shane specializes in business strategy, marketing performance, and platform strategy. Before joining Yext, Shane was the Global Managing Director at Accenture where he led marketing platforms, marketing operations, and strategy.

Sanjoy is a Digital Practice Head for Virtusa Banking & Financial Services Business, North America with established strengths across Strategy Consulting, Customer Experience and Digital Transformation. He has 15+ years of experience in leading client portfolios across industry verticals like BFS, Telco, Travel and Leisure, Automotive, Manufacturing, Healthcare, and Life Sciences. Over the last 10+ years he has played pivotal leadership roles for multiple large-scale Digital Transformation Programs on Adobe and other market leading experience platforms.

Christopher Young

Director, Industry Strategy and Marketing at Adobe

Christopher Young is the Director of Industry Strategy and Marketing for Adobe’s Digital Experience Business. In this role, he leads a team of industry specialists who work with Adobe’s Financial Services clients to help them develop best-in-class digital marketing strategies. Prior to joining Adobe, Young spent more than eight years at E*TRADE Financial where his last held position was VP of brokerage marketing. Prior to E*TRADE, he was the VP of retail advertising at JP Morgan Chase. Young also has extensive agency experience working with a range of clients across traditional, direct and digital advertising and marketing programs. Young currently lives in Connecticut with his wife and two children.
