Rachel joined Alibaba in year 2010, she was responsible for marketing and strategic partnership development for international markets at Alibaba.com. In year 2014, she focused on international government relations at Alibaba Group Public Affairs. In year 2017, she focused on globalization strategic development across business units among Alibaba eco-system, especially for European markets, at Alibaba Globalization Business in headquarter. She now is responsible for strategic partnerships & integrated marketing for North America markets at group level.

Joanie Xie serves as Head of U.S. at Ant Financial Services Group where she is responsible for Ant’s overall business in the U.S. Joanie joined Ant Financial in 2014 and was a founding member of the U.S. office where she helped to form Ant’s U.S. strategy, build new products and establish various partnerships. She was also a founding member of Ant’s Global Strategic Partners group, working with global tech giants and building key strategic partnerships, driving initiatives focused on growth across Ant’s portfolio of global e-wallets.
Prior to joining Ant Financial, Joanie was Vice President in Goldman Sachs’ Investment Banking division where her expertise included M&A, IPOs, and other financing transactions in the technology, consumer and industrial space.
