Jason oversees all real estate and leasing activity for TowerCo as well as being TowerCo’s General Counsel. He has worked on numerous large and small scale tower acquisitions totaling over 19,000 towers during his long tenured career in the wireless business. Jason has held management positions with Global Signal (acquired by Crown Castle) and SpectraSite (acquired by American Tower) which included large debt securitizations, taking both companies public and growing these companies from small or mid-sized companies to large publicly traded entities. Mr. Catalini has been integrally involved in several large scale carrier network deployments resolving critical issues or removing impediments to the successful installation of new wireless technology to tower sites. Jason has managed every conceivable operational function in the wireless industry including rooftop assets, asset retirement programs, property management, collections, zoning and vendor management. Mr. Catalini earned his bachelor’s degree, cum laude, from the University of Massachusetts and his juris doctor from the Columbus School of Law, Catholic University.

Christian Adams is currently the president of the Hawaii Solar Energy Association and a Sales Director at Soligent. He was formally the President of Bonterra Solar and the general manager of the alternative energy division at American Electric. He has nearly ten years of experience in the PV industry overseeing megawatts of PV installations. Under his tenure at Bonterra the company became one of the top solar companies in the state. This was during one of the most tumultuous times in the industry. He spearheaded the start of the AE division to a 60 plus employee, over thirty million dollar major contributor to American Electric. He was previously part of the upper management team at The Solar Center in New Jersey. Heading up the expansion of the company, he helped it grow from 5 to 60 employees in less than 3 years. During this process Adams was an active member of different solar installer associations in New Jersey, New York, and Connecticut. After The Solar Center he was hired by the Obama campaign to run one of the campaign field offices in the critical swing state of Pennsylvania. Prior to the Solar Center Mr. Adams had management, sales, and leadership experience in the loan and insurance industries.
He lives in Kaimuki with his wife and two young children. He is also an active volunteer with The Salvation Army, Kaneohe Hospital, and other organizations that focus on the environment.

After graduating as a biomedical engineer, he worked as a researcher at SIRRIS in Belgium
for five years which has the biggest European 3D Printing machine park. His main work
involved R&D projects in the field of biomedical and aerospace applications where he
optimized systems and designs using metal alloys. He deployed the ISO13485 standard for
4 different technologies for biomedical materials. On several levels and projects, he helped
industrial companies to integrate 3D Printing in the production chain. He also helped clients
to understand how to re-design parts for 3D Printing in function of the technology and the
material and as well integrate elements to ease and automate the post-process. As a result,
several companies integrated state-of-the-art metal printers thanks to his consultancy work
Mr Engel also gave a TED talk on medical applications of 3D Printing and did his MBA
involving a market and viability study of a start-up company in the field of metal 3D printing
for aerospace applications. His current challenge as CTO at Xilloc is to integrate state-of-
the-art 3D Printing industrial systems and post-processing technologies worth several
millions of Euros in the production chain of the company.
